A copy of the sent proposal will be stored in your ‘Sent Emails’ folder for your records. Proposals accompanied by a message will be dispatched from your inbox. Please note that you need to have received invitation-to-bid requests for this function to operate.
Enjoy a one-month free trial during which we will assess your inbox to determine the number of ITB requests that can be quoted. In the second month, we will establish a pricing plan. Please note that an ALL plan subscription is required to integrate the ITB Management Plan into your account.
The pricing is generated by the Ganarpro Calculator, and the scope of work is widely accepted by estimators. It’s important to understand that many of these ITB requests may not result in the bidding general contractor being awarded the project. Your role is to communicate to the GC your interest in collaborating and that you are submitting competitive bids to support their bid-winning efforts.
Submitting a bid for these construction projects can range from 4 to 30 minutes. Often, you may not receive a confirmation of acceptance; instead, the estimator will archive your quote in the project’s folder. If the general contractor secures the pre-construction bid, they might offer you a contract or opt to consider bids from all interested parties closer to the project’s completion.
You can be notified about a contract win anywhere from 30 days to over two years after bidding an ITB. Often, pre-construction ITBs doesn’t commence for several months, which means cleaning services may not be needed for up to a year. However, building a strong reputation is crucial. It’s important to communicate to companies your eagerness for the work and your commitment to supporting their projects!
In the bid submission email, we respond to the original ITB you received in your inbox, incorporating one of the three pre-agreed statements for submitting the bid, along with the attached proposal.
