From the very first day, you can start using Ganarpro’s pre-packaged data — covering pre-construction and under-construction projects across North America (USA and Canada). Each project includes relevant contacts, and the platform doubles as a CRM where you can send emails, log activities, and track exactly who you contacted, when, and for which project or company.
The organizations inside Ganarpro are all commercial general contractors, ranging from large Class A firms with thousands of employees to smaller GCs with fewer than five staff — but all are active, bidding, and looking for partners.
Outbound Email Capability
By using Ganarpro with your connected email account, you can take advantage of the Outbound Email Capability feature. This allows you to use Ganarpro’s project data seamlessly while composing and sending emails directly from your preferred email address.
Make sure you’re logged in to one active email account, so Ganarpro knows which address to use when sending messages.
You can customize your communication with four different email templates inside Ganarpro:
- Project – Send Proposal
- Project – Send Email to Contact
- Contact Outreach – for direct contact and introductions
- Ganarpro Contact App – for managing and messaging saved contacts
Each template can be adjusted from the Send Email button. Ganarpro works best with Google and Outlook email accounts.
Your email signature is pulled automatically from your My Profile settings. The main goal of these emails is to let prospects know you’re interested in their projects or opportunities—though you can freely personalize your message or ask any questions you choose.
Accessing Projects
You can explore projects in several ways:
- Project Board – use a map to search for under construction projects by city
- Project Research – filter by full states and view a table of the same projects from project board
Projects span from pre-construction to under-construction, and even historical projects (past bidding opportunities). Historical projects are still valuable because they give you a reason to connect with project managers or estimators, showing them you’re interested in future work.
Contact Outreach & Enrich
Not every outreach has to be tied to a project. With Ganarpro’s Contact Outreach and Enrich tools, you can reach decision makers directly:
- Contact Outreach – Select a state, send mass emails through pre-built templates, and connect your own email address (simply log into one email account and Ganarpro integrates seamlessly).
- Enrich – Download contact lists, build them out, and reuse them for consistent outreach. In construction, success is about staying top-of-mind. Regular contact ensures decision makers remember you and know your services are available.
Decision makers receive countless pitches, but staying visible in their inbox is one of the most effective ways to stand out.
Prospecting Across Trades
With Ganarpro prospecting, you can promote any trade or service to general contractors. If you have something to offer, your outbound communication will be welcomed. This process often results in email replies or phone calls that turn into real opportunities.
When emailing a construction contact prospect, your engagement rate depends on what you include:
- Highest engagement comes when your email includes a bid.
- Second-highest is when you provide a price but no detailed scope.
- Lowest is when you only send company details or simply ask about upcoming projects or bid list placement.
After the initial email, always follow up. The type and timing of follow-up depends on your situation:
If the contact comes from your CRM enrichment (where you’ve built a prospect list by organization), spread out your outreach activity based on how many contacts you have at that same company.
If the contact is tied to a project with known completion or pre-construction dates, adjust your outreach schedule based on those timelines.
