- Send the proposal via your Gmail or Outlook account for a seamless experience.
- Engage with Active Projects (No size to quote or no interest in quoting)
- Active projects are in pre construction or under construction, select one key contact and send an email using Ganarpro’s “Send Email” feature. You can adjust the default template designed for these engagements.
- Outreach to Historical Projects in Your Area
- After quoting all active projects, shift focus to historical projects in your area.
- Review contacts on these projects and identify those with either no prior contact or no recent contact within the last 100 days.
- Send an email to each person, acknowledging that while the project is complete, it’s nearby, and express interest in bidding on similar future opportunities.
