In Ganarpro, you create a deal to store bidding project details, while in Salesforce, you would create an opportunity from each bid invite received through a planroom.

Take notes, add your last visit date
Use your notes and the last visit date to know when to revisit a planroom, and let your notes guide you on the types of opportunities it contains.

Subscribers can filter by state, and your planroom links will appear based on your company’s working regions. For example, if your headquarters are in Ohio but you also operate in Michigan, your planroom link will be shown in both states.
Bad or broken links can be reported
Each planroom link row includes a red flag to alert Ganarpro if the link is broken or if the planroom does not lead to valid bidding opportunities.
