- Healthcare: Comprising 14 occurrences, healthcare projects focus on hospitals, clinics, and specialized care facilities.
- Education: With 13 occurrences, this category includes construction projects for schools, colleges, and universities.
- Geographical Distribution: The largest projects tend to be concentrated in states with dynamic economic activities and diverse industrial sectors. Notable states include:
- California: Known for a mix of industrial, residential, and healthcare projects driven by population growth and economic diversification.
- Texas and Florida: These states attract large projects due to their substantial commercial and industrial investments.
