Cleaning Scope:
Rough Clean
- Remove all debris
- Remove all adhesive from interior glazing
- Remove enough residue from all surfaces
- Light scraping to remove paint, dry wall, and caulk
- Clean interior window & door frames
- Clean urinals & doors in restrooms
- Sweep all floors
Final Clean
- Clean interior & exterior of all cabinets
- Clean all surfaces, including countertops, shelving, sills
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Sweep & wash all hard surface flooring
- Clean all walls
- Clean all mirrors and glass
- Clean all electrical plates
- Clean & Sanitize bathrooms
- Clean all sinks, faucets, fixtures
- Clean interior & exterior light fixtures
- Clean HVAC grilles & diffusers
- Prepare appliances for use- remove packaging, clean, set pamphlets in a drawer
- Install window screens
- Clean all railings
- Clean interior windows
Fluff Clean
- Remove any remaining debris
- Dust all surfaces
- Polish countertops & sinks
- Wipe down baseboards
- Vacuum carpet
- Dust off fixtures
- Clean all flooring
