Ganarpro experts act as your outsourced estimating team. They use your dedicated email and a Ganarpro subscription to identify leads, submit quotes, and handle professional follow-ups on your behalf. While they manage the process, you retain full access to the platform to use independently at any time.

How it Works

  • Setup: You provide a dedicated professional email (ideally Gmail) and a Ganarpro annual subscription.
  • Bidding: Experts access the account every 10–12 days to submit bids for commercial projects (schools, retail, multifamily, etc.) including interior/window cleaning and pressure washing.
  • Ownership: You contract directly with General Contractors; Ganarpro simply facilitates the connection and the paperwork.

Costs & Commission

  • Initial Fee: $225 to secure region exclusivity.
  • Annual Subscription: Requires an active Ganarpro annual plan.
  • Commission (Performance-Based): * Standard:10% due after you have been paid by the GC.
    • Discounted: 5% if paid the week the contract is awarded.

Expected Results

The program aims for 4–6 contract wins per year, with an average contract value of $10,000 each. All opportunities are for new post-construction cleaning sourced from a daily updated database of commercial projects.
