Job Overview

We are seeking freelancers to upload Invitation to Bid (ITB), Request for Proposal (RFP),Request for Quotation (RFQ), or Request for Information (RFI) opportunities into Ganarpro’s Deal Marketplace. This role is performance-based, meaning you will earn $1 for every deal you add that is purchased by another user (buyers pay $2 per deal).

What You’ll Do

  • If you can source your own qualified opportunities to add, OR
  • Access a dedicated email account with 50+ new Invitation to Bid (ITB) requests per day.
  • Review and extract relevant project details from emails.
  • Enter project information to Create a Deal in Ganarpro
  • You share the Deal into the Ganarpro Deal Marketplace.
  • Work remotely and on your own schedule—no fixed hours!

What You’ll Need

Compensation

  • No salary—earn per deal!
  • $1 per deal sold on the Ganarpro Deal Marketplace.
  • The more deals you upload, the more you can earn.

Example: If you create 300 deals on the Marketplace and 100 of them are purchased, you will earn $300.

How the Marketplace works

The Ganarpro Deal Marketplace allows users to upload and share bid opportunities, such as Invitations to Bid (ITBs), RFPs, and RFQs, creating a space where construction professionals can discover and monetize relevant projects. Users can either sell bid opportunities or purchase deals to expand their pipeline.

  • Upload & Share – Users submit bid requests from emails or platforms like BuildingConnected, SmartBid, SAM.gov, BidSync, or GovWin.
  • Browse & Purchase – Buyers explore available deals and pay $2 per deal to add it to their pipeline.
  • Earn Per Sale – Deal creators earn $1 per purchase, turning unused ITBs into passive income.
