Does Ganarpro earn a commission if I win a new contract?
You have two options:
- Pay $300 per period plus a 10% commission on awarded projects.
- Pay a one-time flat fee of $1,500 and never pay a commission to Ganarpro.
Will my Ganarpro expert call decision makers to follow up on proposals submitted?
Yes! We know it takes calls and follow up emails after the proposal is submitted to get a win. Partners do not have to do any work until near contract award time.
Do I need a Ganarpro software subscription to work with a broker expert?
No, you do not need to subscribe to a Ganarpro monthly plan to subscribe to the do-it-for-me service. But having a subscription works best to customize your proposal docs and calculator easier. You can also see the tags on projects.
What if we do not win a contract in month 1?
What is the difference between me doing this or a Ganarpro expert doing this?
You save time, you do not have to look for your own new opportunities, you do not have to submit proposals, you just wait for negotiations to begin.
What is the shared email about?
Your company needs to share the login credentials to one of your company emails so your Ganarpro expert can login and use that email to submit proposals and review email responses.
Can you help me win all 3 trades: drywall, painting, and construction cleaning, or just 1?
We can set your business up to bid all 3 trades, it will be easier for us to win a contract.
Will I compete against other companies in my area?
Ganarpro will collaborate exclusively with one company per trade in each service area. For instance, we will partner with only one painting company in Los Angeles, but we could also collaborate with a cleaning company in the same city.
Is this a software or a service?
This broker service is managed via email and phone; there is no system login required. While Ganarpro does offer an application, the do-it-for-me service features a dedicated person who assists you in securing contracts.
It is common to take 1-3 months of aggressive bidding and networking to win a construction contract, you can always cancel this service at anytime, for no fee.
