Ganarpro Contact Management Use Cases

Creating Deals in Ganarpro

Companies often receive numerous Invitation to Bid (ITB) requests via email. These ITBs can be uploaded into Ganarpro as deals.
Each ITB typically includes a contact person, who is added to the deal. Once the deal is saved, both the deal and the contact are stored in Ganarpro.
The contact is automatically saved in your CRM Contact Management, allowing you to easily revisit the list and reach out to that contact in the future.

Storing contacts that you engaged with throughout Ganarpro platorm

When you send emails through Ganarpro—whether from a project or direct contact outreach—the contact is logged in Contact Management.
There, you can see the person’s name and the last time you reached out, making it easier to follow up in the future with people you’ve already engaged.
