Since this is an outdoor landscape and site improvement project, the cleaning scope is tailored for:

  • Phase 1: Rough Site Clean
    • Remove construction debris from hardscape areas (pool deck, walkways, retaining wall zones, concrete pavers)
    • Sweep/vacuum paved areas, clear loose materials
  • Phase 2: Final Clean (Public-Facing Areas)
