Before using Ganarpro, CCP launched their broker and construction cleaning business in 2011. We started with Excel spreadsheets and free building permit lists printed in local newspapers from the library. The process was simple: call the general contractor who pulled the permit, ask if we could bid, and request the project manager’s contact information. One call or one email to the project manager was often enough to get approved to bid. It felt much easier back then, with less technology involved.
As we grew, we adopted Salesforce and spent years customizing it, adding various apps to streamline our operations. Conga Composer became a key tool, allowing us to generate proposal documents from templates with the click of a button. However, as the business expanded, costs rose. We needed to reduce Salesforce licenses and create our own proposal generation system.”

We needed a way to generate pricing for the jobs we bid on and quickly turn those prices into proposals for submission to project managers or estimators. CCP manages its projects within Salesforce.
Why Construction Clean Partners chose Ganarpro
Since CCP quotes projects across North America, we needed a way to price deals accurately based on location. The Cleanup Calculator allowed us to generate pricing directly from project plans without needing a site visit. We also found that the Proposal Generator provides different scope of work templates tailored to various project types, making it easier for recipients to review and accept proposals.
Additionally, we receive many invitations to bid, which we now create as deals within Ganarpro. From there, we generate and send proposals directly through the platform. Ganarpro also tracks the last contact date for both the project and the individual who received the proposal, allowing us to easily schedule and manage follow-ups.
Results
Ganarpro’s most immediate benefit was eliminating the need for Conga Composer, improving ITB management, and allowing us to reduce two Salesforce licenses.
