Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@ganarpro.com or calling (844) 426-2777. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not renew. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the billing period. However, a refund may be granted if cancellation occurs within 1 day of your most recent payment.

If you are on a free trial, there is no need to cancel—your access will be automatically limited at the end of the trial period, and you will not be charged. We do not collect credit card information to begin a free trial.
