Ganarpro is a CRM and sales engagement platform built specifically as a go-to-market tool for construction painting contractors. It comes preloaded with commercial bidding and under-construction project data, including key organizations and decision-makers to streamline your outreach.
You’ll use your own company name and email address to contact general contractors about projects you’re interested in bidding on. Ganarpro tracks your last contact with each project and organization, helping you manage communication effectively.
We focus exclusively on commercial general contractors and their projects. However, each Ganarpro subscriber can also create and manage their own deals, send outbound emails, and monitor activity using our last contact tracking system.
In construction trade bidding, contract awards often take over 100 days. Typically, you express interest or submit a quote based on plans or square footage, and then wait while estimators or project managers review bids and select the most competitive and qualified option.
