We use your Ganarpro account and we’ll need access to an email account you own (Gmail or Outlook) and your Ganarpro account to send outbound quotes and follow-ups. This allows us to leverage Ganarpro general contractor data and the outbound email capability to generate new opportunities for you. You see the outbound emails and inbound replies. (This is not an virtual assistance program, where we manage your external Ganarpro opportunities.)
To get started, you’ll just need a Cleaning Plan or Painting Plan subscription (yearly) and your company must operate in one of the available areas listed below. Please note, we only partner with one company per area.
There is no cancellation fee. At times, we may need a security code from you to log into the shared email address. If access is discontinued, we will consider the partnership ended.
Follow-ups are a critical part of the bidding process. While the initial quote is most important, we email 3–4 follow-ups (spread out) to make sure the decision makers know we are interested in the contract. We manage these follow ups through our shared email address, and log activity in Ganarpro. Watch the flow with demos here.

To enroll in the broker program, your company must subscribe to the All Apps Plan ($449/year). For all contracts awarded through this process, a referral fee is due to Ganarpro on a ‘paid-when-paid’ basis: 5% for painting contracts and 10% for cleaning contracts.
We will only quote the region in which you sign up, Ganarpro has new projects added weekly and projects with no contracts available are removed from the active database.
Please send the shared email address and password to support@ganarpro.com so we can access it. We’ll also need login access to your Ganarpro account. We use both of these 2 tools to manage the quote and bid process.
Once you sign up for the program, we’ll reserve your working area, ensuring no other company can claim that space.
We use your email, and all proposals include your company name and footer. This way, you’ll receive responses directly, and we’ll also know when contracts are awarded since we have access to the shared email. Once you are paid by the general contractor, we invoice you for a 10% commission. On average, 3–5 projects are awarded per year, with typical contract amounts around $8,000 (cleaning)—resulting in an average commission of $800 per contract. Some jobs may be smaller (around $800), while others can exceed $100,000. While the painting average contract amount is $45,000.
You can log in to your Ganarpro account at any time and take any actions you choose. When you send emails through the platform, each activity is automatically logged. This allows us to track project, contact, and organization activity, ensuring timely follow-ups based on the most recent interactions.

Commission Clause
You agree to pay a commission of 10% of the contract amount upon receipt of payment from the general contractor, or alternatively, 5% of the total contract amount within the same week you are awarded the contract by the general contractor.
Activity Clause
We will access your Ganarpro account and email approximately every 10–12 days. Please note that activity may occur in the shared email account between our access periods. You are responsible for checking the email regularly for any responses to our outbound activity, including initial quotes and follow-ups.
